10-Meal Program

We re-collect plastic packaging. So you can share your used Calorie Care containers and help us in recycling them.

Weekly Menu

Each week’s menu is published on our website the previous week. So you can choose which meal you want delivered each day of the week and let us know at least a day in advance.

Hygienic Packaging

All the meals are individually packed in hygienic, convenient, microwave-safe disposable containers trays that come with a clear account of its nutritional content.


Weight Loss Meal Plan   

Low Calorie Meal
Weight loss is tough but we make it easy for you by giving a wide range of low calorie meals to match your taste buds and that help you reach your goal. Our low calorie meals (~500kcal) have been designed to help you lose weight and also provide you with a balanced nutrition – a judicious mix of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. This plan includes dishes from Indian and International cuisines, Soups & Salads, Muesli Meals and also our Chef’s Specials. So you can choose a different meal each day and eat healthy everyday!

Keto Meal Plan   

Easy Keto Meals
A ketogetic diet is a high fat, moderate protein and low carb-25 gms/day diet. Our Keto meal comprises of high-fat vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes like Veg Fajita, Tandoori Cheese Stuffed Mushroom, Grilled Pomfret with Tartar Sauce, Chicken Pahadi Kabab with Mint Chutney and many others.

Weight Training and Workout Meal Plan   

High Protein Meals
These meals, rich in protein and low on carbohydrates have been specially designed for fitness enthusiasts who are into weight training, body building and other fitness activities. These meals help to repair and build muscles and work as a great pre and post workout meal. These meals are available in veg and non-veg alternatives containing 30-80 gms of protein.

Gluten Free Meal Plan

These meals, free of gluten, have been specially designed for people allergic to and having intolerance towards gluten proteins. These meals include dishes you’re used to eating every day but using substitutes to ingredients containing gluten proteins. They’re available in veg and non-veg alternatives.

In our No Sugar special meals, we avoid foods that are high in natural sugars and refined carbohydrates and the meals are designed with no added sugar thereby reducing the glycemic load of the meals.
