10-MEAL PROGRAM

To achieve your health goal, it’s important to follow healthy diet on a daily basis and that’s why our meal plans start with a minimum order of at least 10 meals.


IN-HOUSE DIETICIANS

We have in-house dieticians to help you choose the right meal plan based on your health goals and cuisine preferences.


The meal comprises of a non-veg dish containing 60-80gm of protein and also includes a vegetable portion rich in fibre.
