- mid-meal snacks  Calorie Care serves up India’s largest menu of calorie-counted recipes, a mix of Indian and international cuisines, which allows us to provide delightful variety day after day.
Our mid-meal snacks include a variety of colourful, fresh fruit salads and a range of yummy snacks that are ideally suited to eating with a cup of tea or coffee in the early evening. Of the three mid-meal snacks in a day, two are fresh fruit bowls (one in the morning delivery and one in the afternoon delivery) while one is a non-fruit snack (afternoon delivery). These snacks together provide 10-15% of the total calories planned for the day.
